WHERE Incident Happened: US HWY 14//STH 130
What happened:
Sheriff Porter Reports that at approximately 7:30am on 9/11/2026, a SUV operated by Cassandra Abbott was turning westbound onto USH 14 off of STH 130. Her vehicle pulled out in front of a passenger car traveling eastbound on USH 14 operated by Ashley Sinnett. Ashley also had her 14 year old son in the passenger seat of her vehicle. All parties had minor injuries and were transported to the hospital. The westbound lane of USH 14 was closed for approximately 45 minutes.

Charges: Cassandra received a citation for inattentive driving.
