What happened: Sheriff Clay Porter reports that the Richland County Sheriff’s Office was assigned two CyberTips as an affiliated member of the Wisconsin Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Taskforce. On January 28th, 2026, the Richland County Sheriff’s Office completed a search warrant at a residence as a result of this investigation. Deputies took into custody Kaelin M. Lemay, 24 years old from Lone Rock for one count of Exposing a Child to Harmful Material. The Richland County Sheriff’s Office was assisted in this investigation by Wisconsin ICAC Taskforce, Wisconsin Department of Criminal Investigation (DCI)-Digital Evidence Unit (DEU), Richland Center Police Department, and Crawford County Sheriff’s Office.
